Has been formed by combining the Two independent companies started by its directors i.e., Dr. Sushil Sanghi (Proprietor Sanghi Engineers Established in 1995) and Ar. Mamta Sanghi (Proprietor Sanghi & Associates Established in 1993) with Two different companies further went in to forward integration and upgraded the association to a Pvt . Ltd., Company in September 2012. We believe that in a project lifecycle where different agencies have their own objectives & priorities, there definitely is a necessity of an exclusive agency to oversee and channelise all efforts towards the project objective and optimal utilisation of the resources.

Project Management
Project Management Services has the lead role in capital projects during the design phases. They also provide oversight of design and budget issues during the construction phases and vital input during the pre-planning phases. This group provides the coordination between the users, in-house design services, outside design consultants, and other agency involved in the capital project process. They are also involved and provide input to Planning Services during the pre-planning phases.
Architecture & Interior Design
Concept finalisation & Preparation of preliminary Drawings. Drafting of Specifications of the building in consultation with the Client. Preparation of Detailed Architectural, Working & Structural Drawings Obtaining Statutory Approvals from various concerned Departments. Co-ordination with various agencies involved in the construction. Estimation & Scheduling of the construction activity. In Addition to the above services, we also undertake Vastu Consultation and Interior Designing.
Structural Design
Designing of building structure as per the building needs. We provide expert services in concrete and steel designs with well qualified professionals having a vast experience in the field.
M.E.P (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
We provide integrated services design for the buildings ranging from H.V.A.C, fire-fighting electrification, plumbing and services management solution. Consultation for the suitable requirements and optimisation on the building performances.
